Event Schedule

GVFD Board of directors will have a Budget workshop Monday, May 12th. The next regular scheduled Board Meeting will be Wednesday, May 28th at 9:00am.

District Map

The District is approximately 45 square miles in size.

Geographically, Green Valley is 20 miles south of Tucson, 30 from the US-Mexico border on Interstate 19. It is in unincorporated Pima County and is predominately a retirement community.
The Green Valley population year round is 35,000 with an increase up to 38,000 during the winter months.
